To do a Rasengan, you must be in crisis. Your health bar needs to be sort of orange and flashing. Just use you regular special move then. If he says "Check this out," you did it right. To go Kyuubi, same as Rasengan, but press down and super move. Your health will go up a little bit if you go kyuubi

the best and easiest way t do it is get hokage rank on the first and second and head ninja or better for the last 2 missions and atlest 50% mission completage do this for naruto saskue and hinta and to get awakened hinata you need to to do it with neji aswell to get 100% mission completage combined with neji and hinata
