@ MashkaMoroz - Why not Tel Aviv? The final does not need to be in the Capital city of the winning country. We saw the show from Jerusalem in 1999 and that was wonderful. But look at Ireland - we held the final in Millstreet - a tiny village of two thousand people in 1993, Sweden held the final in Malmo in 1992 and the UK held the final in 1998 in Birmingham. I would love to see Tel Aviv present the show as it looks like a beautiful city.
