thats wrong. im in the us military. and own am M10. the strap should start in front of the mask. your chin goes in first. then pull the straps behind your head. the tighten the middle then bottom then top straps. then you check the seal by putting your hands over the filter caps and inhale. in there were ever a CBRNE attack you would be screwed
