I believe he had really good foundation and speed but they probably deducted for nandu because he did no b-kicks or an aerial. He does deserve 1st place

no actually, In international wushu competitions, they judge nandu for long weapons. In fact you could probobly do no nandu at all and still get a reasonable score (not likely but I guess it's possible).

That was Zhao Jie from China in the Gunshu. He had a drug test problem just popped up a few days before the WWC. I don't even know whether he showed at at the WWC or not.

i don't see you competing at worlds so does that make you more pathetic?

don't bash other athletes just cause they're not china. he was the best one there for staff and he deserves his 1st place.

i agree with wuhan, you shouldn't bash other athletes like that, besides he had 9.79

I don't think Zhao jie would get much higher than that, so jia rui really did deserve this 1st place
