  • A cardioilogist on Facebook only eats 32 ounces of food a day. He prevents overeating by weighing his food before he eats it. We have so many cues to eat too much. Andrew Chung is the cardiologist.

  • @CharlotteFairchild

    Interesting to know, dear Charlotte.

    i will look him up.

Of course, most people eat too much, out of emotional needs, rather than physical ...

We need fresh air, sunlight, good rest and sleep.

    Everyone is different.

All i can do is help guide others.

Love one healthy, healing role model,

    k

  • @RedStar2fly You really have a "hard on" for me. Might want to ask yourself "why?" Do you not have enough on your own overflowing plate, to leave what you obiviously lust after ... on mine own? What are you afraid of? I send you immense love and compassion. NOW, GO LOOK AFTER YOUR OWN SHOW. TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF. This is all anyone needs to do. Remember: " What others think of me is none of my business." now, go do your own ...
  • This woman attends random seminars, collects emails and then sends spam/advertisements/meetup emails etc. to people without their consent consistently for years. Individuals who experience her harassment in the form of spam deal with this for years even with repeated kind to finally angry requests to have their names removed. She experienced physical assault/rape and many of us feel emotionally raped by her constant harrassment and ignorance to our emails.

  • @RedStar2fly was she raped tho? I dont think it is far fetched to assume that she was lying.

  • @JustSiouxMe

you are one more of those sad trolls ..

  • I liked the point about the processed foods.

  • Thanks

And, a very salient point that most do not even realize the vital, life-enriching importance of ...

This is why dementia, alziemers, and diabetes are at an all time high!

Modern day maladies and cancer in pets and children? All because our soil is de-vitalized and we no longer live off the land- even if it was not once organic, it used to be a whole some lot healthier and healing; the foods grown and extracted; as pure and precious as those who gave back to a Mothering Earth.

  • @CharlotteFairchild

Thanks dearest lady friend from fb!

    Rawsome Regards,

    k

  • This was a joy to watch! lol- I can't believe he tried to bribe you! He just doesn't know you- tricky dicky! lol-- i loved the window washer in the back who tried to get a front seat to watch the interveiw-lol you are glowing-beautiful woman you are.

I also loved your eye contact

(I wonder what he did w/ that cheeseburger) haha

  • I adore your sense of humor!

Actually, he found my sexy rawsome chef card, with me wearing a hot green Brazilian thong ... on the cover; at a raw restaruant he visited. Seduced, he set out to 'take down my panties' on air. ..

So nervous was he .. at the onset ... that his fate was already sealed and set.

I just stayed grounded. I 'saw' the rest of it, later.

I just love my Zen Son - doing his rawsome sushi roll ....

  • very very professional indeed, great job and tips for a healthy life style

  • Great interview Katherine! You are just glowing with health; your energy is amazing! Keep up the great work - you are so inspiring!

Your kind words are gentle kisses to my heart.

    Rawsstruck in Vancouver,

    Katherine

    P.S.

I am so grateful ... and glowing!

  • Hi Beauty, to be honest I really admired the way you handled hIM and the entire interview- I felt you really were in control of it/your destiny and didn't allow him to mess with the message that you were all about- and you did it with soooooooooo much love and grace. Big kudos to you, and I'll be watching anything you do with all my love and support for keeping it real, yet so compellingly compassionate xoBlissings

  • Your heart is so open, I feel your love and passion. I loved how you answered him about eating a cheeseburger...and the truth and honesty. And the kiss at the end, was the cherry on top, so sweet and warm and luscious you are. Blissings to you and that sweet boy of yours xo

  • Thank You, Dearest Raw Queen!

Your lovely and giving commentary makes my happy heart smile.

So funny, he wanted to 'catch me' and I simply stayed with purity.

Notice how he asked me about .... mother's milk, in not so many others milk? Naughty boy.

Funny, how his offer did not even cause me to flinch. I did not even think that he would be out to get me or mine. Very empowering experience.

Wait til you watch my upcoming Sexy Spaghetti dvd!!!!

    RAwk'n,

    K

  • Great video Katherine, it is wonderful to see how passionate you are about the benefits of this foodstyle! Amazing and keep up the good work. Our bodies were never meant to have processed foods, let us be real, it is just people are lazy and ignornant, Keep up the good work. Gale

  • Bless you, lovely Gale.

    Great gusts of Goddess-sent Gratitude.

    Kolby Jack

  • So true, I was once "the dairy". For 7 whole and wondrous years. If anyone got that one ...

Yes, yummy seed cheese. So easy to prepare.

    Thanks for the compliment.

Love and Luscious Life from 48 and Fabulous

  • Thank you for your heart that sees mine. It means so very much when my viewers allow me to know how me and mine touch them.

    Gratefully,

    Katherine

  • what a warm and loving woman, and clearly a great mom.

  • @thrivesurvive watch?v=fVyG2QzUGRQ&feature=channel_video_title she`s sick.

  • @Gruntorz The link doesn't work, but Thanks for commenting anyway, because I watched a bunch of videos last night (thanks to Reddit). Three years ago I saw this video and thought this woman was great. After watching her other videos last night, I feel sick to my stomach that I supported her. I wanted to find the video I commented on so I could retract my statement. I commented on others a few years ago too. I wish I knew which ones so I could retract my statements everywhere.

  • @thrivesurvive You should add w w w.youtube. c o m / watch?v=fVyG2QzUGRQ&feature=channel_video_ and without the space bars... yes sometimes people can suprise you...

  • @Gruntorz Oh yeah. I have seen that one. There is a thread on reddit with a list of unusual videos that made me sick. One where she is filming her pre-pubescent son in a bubble bath, one where he was little and he threw up and she filmed the aftermath and made him clean it up, one where she is stroking his hair for ages while she spouted all kinds of crazy talk, etc. I'm shocked that she would publish these videos. It makes me think she doesn't realize how messed up her relationship is.

  • @thrivesurvive

you are an ill woman. Go and look after yourself and 'do onto others as you would have them do unto you. "

    special K

  • @thrivesurvive I retract my original comment. Last night I watched a series of videos in which I saw very clearly that this woman is, indeed, not a good mom at all. FAR FROM IT. The videos I saw showed what appear to be a very unhealthy relationship with her son. It looked like the boy is being abused, emotionally, and possibly sexually. Last night, after watching the videos, I had nightmares about it, and felt terrible that 3 years ago, I commented that she was a great mom.

  • @thrivesurvive

You need to stop spamming my pretty pages - "Thrive to Survive" is your channel name. Yet your words are unkind and and no one has to assume anything, when they see your sad judgements. i am sorry that you were hurt by someone in your past and you feel the need to lash out at me. Now, go away and stop embarrassing your self. Thanks.

  • @rawsomechef Why do you abuse your daughter and not feed her enough?

  • Himalayan salt contains 84 minerals essential to life, since it was formed over 250 million years and remains in its original pristine state. It is mined by hand from a protected area of the Himalayan Mountains.

She wasnt talking about regular sea salt, and if the salt she was talking about is void of amino acids I am sure it was a simple mistake on her part...No need to be snooty Semicarbazice :)

  • Write on ... Rawsome Girl!

Isn't it interesting how too many expend vital energy: depleting themselves and others' of inner and outer resources.

Thanks for choosing to see exactly what happened ... So many sumblimal elements occuring in the interview: being asked about breast feeding, offered money to eat a cheeseburger and ....

Some may choose to look down upon those whom are taking the real risks as they speak up. I appreciate you seeing a small error and focusing on the positives.

  • There are no Amino Acids in Sea Salt... Not even one.

Are you familiar with what an Amino Acid is, or do you just spout off words associated with Nutrition while you're on a rant?

  • Katherine, You are doing a great job Promoting the Benifits of Living Food, Thank You RAWger

  • Absolutely Vibrant. Sea cheese is yummy. May we all rise to this vibration and evolve into upholding life, instead of waiting for death.

    Aeon

  • Thank You, Light Being.

So much happiness is created through a few kind words and thus, good and delicious deeds.

I really appreciate your yummy appreciation.

    Tasting The True Flavors,

Rawsome Friend of Yours - Special K
