After version 1.6 you can't get the Wal*Mart car anymore. If you had it before that you can keep it though.

It's the same thing as the WTR just with a different paint job.

Note: As there is no patch the DLC cars will not work because the patches include all 3d models of the car while what you download when you buy, say the toy cars your are only downloading a line of code that tells the game you are allowed to drive the cars

That's the Wal*Mart car, it's only available in the North American version of the game. Enter the sponsor code walmart, all lowercase.

I already tried this like 1000 times with this car but always end up either in the water or on the road to the right...

When you hit the ramp steer left using the L1 button enough so you don't hit the invisible wall on the street below. Once you pass it steer back to the right using R1. If you're using tilt control for Showtime try turning it off.
