@diamond6545 The REAL reason why Jill Marie Jones (Toni) did not return, was because she wanted to go onto other projects (movies, plays, etc) it was NOT about money, contrary to popular belief. I guess because of her character on the show, people automatically assumed that this was the case.

Well since Toni and Todd finally came to a mutal agreement on the custody battle of their daughter Morgan, Toni moved to New York so that Morgan could be closer to her father since he moved out their for some TV show during the same time Toni and him were separated.

The reason why Jill Marie Jones [the person who plays Toni] left the show was because her contract end with "Girlfriends'.
