Actualy the oil they emphasize is not petroleum! it is like butter... we used the word 'YAĞ' in Turkish for bot butter and petroleum ...the oil which is used for meals, salads etc. Did you hear the olive oil? it is famous in Turkish meals especially in Aegean and Mediterranean regions .
