USA is still among the biggest economic powers in the world, even with the recession going on. If the States go under, so will the economy of the rest of the world, starting with China. Can you show me some polls that suggest that? His approval rating at one point was lower that Bush's ever was (I'm not sure if it was one of the last 2 months or this month) and he has been the quickest president ever to lose approval ratings.

@SadegoGG well i know for sure in Canada and European countries his work approval is well over 80%. In fact his lowest aproval (49%) is in the US. That is not surprising with american history of backwardnes when it comes to race and gender.
Remember America was the last developed country to allow women to vote and outlaw slavery.

His approval rating in some polls was down to 44% a few months ago...so its not 49%. Also, I don't think America's dislike of President Obama has much to do with race. If it did, he probably wouldn't have been voted in the first place. I think people are upset over the corruption (ex: having 23.7 trillion dollars stolen from them so bank CEOs could get record raises) and unconstitutional liberty stealing policy rather than judging based on race.

I could go on for days discussing the corrupt policies of Obama. And same goes for Bush, Clinton, The first Bush, Raegan, Carter, etc...
Basically all the Presidents since the turn of the 20th Century have moved away from the principles of freedom and the founding fathers, and the country is deteriorating because of it. People are getting fed up with it. That's why they're mad (For the most part). I'm not saying racists don't exist, i'm just saying that's only a small reason.

It's not about wether he's a nice guy or his charisma, it's about the fact that politics corrupt. And by (practically) worshipping a politician or leader is not the best way to prevent this. Hopefully Obama is smarter than most, but most people in his position can get overwhelmed by the attention and 'worshipping' he gets and it can go to their heads. We shouldn't blindly follow our chosen leaders, but critically analyze their every actions.
