He was also a MUCH better defender in this time period. It's a shame he has to score at all times in order to save his mediocre team from a loss. He'd be much better served having less of a scoring load and being more of the lockdown defender he has been in the past.

Kobe will never win anything on a team level (without Shaq) because he is not a team player...period. He's in it for himself, whether it be Basketball or life in general. He could give a fuck about anything or anybody else. And he is about as much of a leader as Oprah Winfrey is a swimsuit model. chris paul did get robbed for mvp in 07-08. Kobe had a solid season but not a spectacular one. Kobe was much better in 06 than in 08, he shulda won it in 06

Jordan and Kobe are great players. Jordan by far is the better player and Kobe has a chance to go down as a top 5 player from his own era. Jordan should be compared to Shaq and Duncan who are the only leaders with multi-championships. Read my channel description. miss de kobe during de lakers championship days.. he was more of a slasher and faster, more unpredictable then.. now he shoot more jumpers and improved his range and his drives are not as exciting since his bulk up his frame. but thats the only way to continue playin at an all star level til his thirties. kobe still the best~
