Why are you surprised? They're not a poor band. And its not very expensive to achieve such effects with some basic video editing software. nothing state of the art about this anyway. just a bunch of shaky cam footage and some filters.

THIS IS AFRICAN MUSIC ... middle eastern, greek, isreali music is is different in innumerable ways to this... if anything, it sounds like music from Congo, central Africa
