Of course the guitar playing needs a bit of better timming, but I cannot find anyone on youtube that can sing this better than you... You need to keep going with this... Greenday, Nirvana, you can sing those. The newer stuff will probably give you tons of views.
Youtube should buy you some good recording equipment and then they can get more advertising, you too.
