Glenn, consider this--if, as you say, the earth indeed is warming, but we don't really have proof that mankind is responsible, then isn't it important that we 'err' on the side of caution. If we switch to less polluting fuels it would be good 4 the earth no matter what. If we go on the way we are, we could be making a big, irreversible mistake. Do you really want to make such a bet? Think of your kids' futures.

Yes there are, I'm sure. But I don't think this guy is one of them. BTW, one should always be critical about everything that your hear. Did you know that active land-based volcanoes (ca 625) attribute more to the CO2 emissions on this planet than we humans do? And that the greater part of global warming is attributed to water vapour, NOT CO2? Now there's some criticism to the popular acceptance that humans are to blame for the climate. ;)
