  • This video tells only part of the story. It assumes that families can make changes in children's diet if they aren't growing well. Why should the mothers of Lliupapuquio be less attentive? A young child needs animal protein as the video indicates. Can mothers in Lliupapuquio afford milk and eggs? More encouraging to hear what the video-makers are doing to help mothers. MSF has success using fortified food supplements to fill the nutritional gaps for children where diets are limited and unvaried.

  • right, so MSF are better than the world bank. says MSF. get off your high horse and start working together instead competing.

  • Dear "msf campaign": Actually , most of these families, even the ones from Lliupapuquio, have access to milk and eggs. They have animals like sheep, cows, cuyes and hens and also harvest very nutritious cereals and grains like quinua and kiwicha. Unfortunately many families prefer to sell their products to buy i.e.noodles and rice. There are numerous reasons behind the stats chronic malnutirion in Peru. But lack of food or access to nutrients is not one of them.

  • Very good initiative for helping children
