@IL00veFamilyGuy well i masked rocklee and gaara and i put the linear blur effect on it. I put the first keyframe at 0 for amount of blur (don't remember the exact name) then the second keyframe I put the amount of blur to like 200+. I hope you understood lol, I suck hard at explaining.
