At the same time I'll have to insist that Silent Hill 2 may be the best story ever told in human history. But you definitely can't appreciate it just watching it. If you can work up the courage you owe it to yourself to experience it. It's not even as scary as other horror games if you ask me. Just really disturbing, in a fascinating way that makes you really curious to find out what's going on.
