  • Alot of people think Christmas is a religious holiday. But the truth is it isnt. We all enjoy Christmas. Because it is a holiday that is practucally based on the plesures if life. However its important to know that Christmas was orginally a pagan holiday that was changed by Christians. Jesus was never in Christmas so therefore he shouldnt be in it at all.

To all those faithful Christians who are listening. This comment is not meant to discredit Christanity, It is just meant to point the truth

  • @TheShadowWarrior110 Personally as a catholic... I think its fuckin' awesome how Christmas used to be a pagan holiday! I don`t know why but it just is!

  • @Duenas411 Yeah but it may be bad for people who truley believe in Jesus Christ. Because alot of them see Christmas as an importants holiday. But nowhere in The Bible does it say Jesus was born on the 25th of December. Neither does it say anything about Christmas Trees or exchanging gifts. Also The Bible says that followers of Christ are to avoid pagan taditions. So therefore they should not celebrate Christmas. Now I am not technically religious so for me it doesnt matter. But you get my point?

  • i agree with foamy completely and i'm atheist

  • god whats with these large paragraphs its a cartoon XD

  • Well who the fuck cares?

  • this christmas i decided that im going to sing either silent night or joy to the world regardless what everybody else says.Because now that we sing the christmas carol its screaming GIVE US MONEY OR YOUR DEAD.And i hate that. i just want to transfer the joy that is christmas to people who deserve to be happy.

  • I really don't get the point of repeating the exact same thing, when it's only funny when Foamy says them. Why have the SAME line he says has BOTH top comments? Really? That's not really funny reading it. Just saying.

  • You're gonna get coal in your stocking, cause you're fucking scum. That means more presents for me. Keep pissing Santa off.

  • Here in sweden ALL schools do silent night and all the other x-mss songs. Only sad thing about it is that all of them has been translated into swedish but we still sing them every year.

  • here in sweden religion is not a problem becouse we simply dont care.

  • I so agree... I dont believe in any god... But i do love to listen to x-mss songs around the holidays... I dont know. it wouldnt be x-mss without the famous x-mss songs.. would it?

  • foamy= permenant good list

  • I wish i could eat all the cookies in the world! Go Foamy!

  • "Tis the season to SHUT THE FUCK UP and stop being a whiny little BITCH" xD

  • MY school still does Silent Night! :D

  • i say fuck it

  • I am Wiccan an is tolerant of others faiths, I even say merry Christmas to my Christian family and friends

  • new holiday tradition right here

  • Are Yanks really the only people who say "Happy Holidays?" I've never heard any one say that outside of the US.

  • @Anders2185 i'd like to say yes, but i've never been outside north america, so i can't say for sure! lmfao!

  • "Tis the season to shut the fuck up and stop being a whining little bitch!" Lmao!

  • HAIL OUR DARK LORD AND MASTER, SANTA!!! Uh...erm...wait a minute....

  • So does foamy a Christian?

  • @MrRollback1 nope

  • "tis the season to STFU AND STOP BEING WHINEY LIL B*TCH!!!!! advice good for the rest of the year too.

  • lol, i actually made the pitch of this lowered, and i managed to hear his ACTUAL voice

  • I believe foamy! I BELIEVE IN THE POWER OF SANTA!!

  • Nooooo!!!!!! i lost the top comment!!!!

  • LEAVE THE CHRISTMAS FOLK ALONE!!!

  • Right... because public schools and county courthouses are perfect places for religious promotion. The same people that bitch about this gang up on anyone who wants to put up something else. When you show me a courthouse with a minority religion's decorations/whatever, AND during the observance of their own events, I'll shut my mouth. Otherwise, this is typical hypocritical drivel from the same kind of peeps that would rather kill you than let someone celebrate the FSM, the Goddess, etc.

  • @TheHairySpleenShow ...except this country wasn't founded on other minority religions, it was founded on Christianity. Plain and simple.

  • @xorsizlf Native Americans were Christian? Putting that aside, this country was founded with some of the Ten Commandments in mind. This doesnt make it a Christian nation. Even if it was, you're saying that we should show prejudice against minority beliefs because most people hundreds of years ago believed in the Bible. I'm not sure I get the argument here.

  • @TheHairySpleenShow considering my ONLY point: "...except this country wasn't founded on other minority religions, it was founded on Christianity..." somehow you twisted it to: (to quote you) "you're saying that we should show prejudice against minority beliefs..." Original point: public schools, county courthouses, federal courthouses, our legal tender all have been based on Christian values, I said NOTHING that could be construed as prejudiced. I simply stated a fact.

  • @xorsizlf You said that in response to me stating we shouldn't have religious deco on state/government property. It seemed you meant that Christians had a right to put up deco, and not others. If you didnt mean that, then my apologies. This country belonged to Indians. We slaughtered them. They weren't Christian. We took the Ten Commandments and used them as a guideline. Not the entire Bible. And "dont murder" isnt a Christian value, it's basic morality. So we're not a Christian nation

  • Damn smartphone

  • Well the nazis had the ability to berate an entire religion based on the bullshit claim of saving the others, while communism has total controll over the media and cannot have a nonviolent change in power. Herp derp yo really are a communist nazi bastard, dumbass

  • XD i remeber watching vids with this char since i was 13 im 19 now lol aww memories....

  • I wish you a merry and quiet christmas, Foamy!

  • I almost choked on a rasinet at 1:45

  • tis the season to shut the fuck up and quit being a winy lil bitch!!!! rotflmao love you foamy!!

  • When Foamy says "Neo yuppy scumbags," I am reminded of George Carlin, another great comedian. RIP Carlin.

  • "And no fucking Little Drummer Bastard." LMAO

  • What about the fact that most people who don't care about the history of Christmas and Baby Jesus say "Happy Holidays" instead of "Merry Christmas."?

I find that annoying. It's Merry Christmas, and/then Happy New Year. They are completely different holidays people, stop being lazy trying to combine everything.

    (This is a personal opinion)

  • @MsPandacakes merry christmas

  • On our village square they have an old nativity stable set up next to a giant Christmas tree, but some raging muslim fuckwads have gone out of their way to destroy the stable for three years straight! And so they put up a secret camera in the stable itself, and a siren if someone touches the statues (who are behind a metal grid, so innocent viewers can't set it off.) so the police knows who these assholes are, and will be put in jail for the rest of the night!

Don't fuck with our baby Jesus!

  • Comment removed

  • foamy rules all.

  • And the communazii thing was just to put in context how much you people try to controll the media. As foamy said, no silent night, no joy to the world, and no little drumme boy

  • @Swordsman99k We shove it down your throat? Are you serious. Do we have an entire group of people using a government office to be a bunch of whiny fuckwads everytime somebody puts up a nativity scene? My problem is that he majority are being said whiny fuckwads. And don't get me started on the double standards all you people have. As I said, they scream for tolerance, but never give any. MERRY CHRISTMAS, FUCKWAD

  • @Nerf1maniac Herp derp they said "Happy Holidays." Must be Communist socialist muslim nazis that are trying to destroy Christmas. Yes, that conclusion makes you sound intelligent. Dumbass.

  • Happy Yuletide, Foamy!

  • Seriously, it's so fucking stupid when somebody starts bitching about how they're offended by some random holiday bullshitt, and how we should be tolerant of their beliefs, and then shove all their anti-Christian communazii bullshit down our throats

  • @Nerf1maniac And, of course, it takes a true moron to associate Communism, the Nazi regime, and Christianity with Tolerance. Dude, Christmas is awesome but it gets annoying when people try to shove religion down your throat every time the holiday comes up. Christmas is good without all the people evangelizing or trying to convert others.

  • Tis' the season, TO SHUT THE FUCK UP

  • tis the season to STFU!!!

  • Or I'll beat you with a baby Jesus! awesome...

  • you're gonna get coal in your stocking coz you're yuppie scum lmao

  • Still love this episode

  • Well who the fuck cares? lol!

  • If a public school were to only have plays about Muslim holidays should everyone get over it?

  • @tylertubeism No. Because as stated by the separation of church and state, when you let one religion into matters of state you must give all religions the same treatment. which is why we don't let religion into matter of state it will just get to complicated. (if i am wrong in any way please fill me and remember I'm only 14 so i am allowed a fuck up every once and awhile.)

  • @aaaron192 Haha nope, you're absolutely right. I was attempting to highlight the double standard. I guarantee if a public school were to have a play about ramadan and nothing about any other holiday, quite a few people get upset. A lot of people seem to think that all religions are right, but some are "more right" than others.

  • how did i get here from lucky star?

  • please who ever is flagging and deleting the comments of our debate, please stop your making very hard to get points across. i would rather talk this out then have the coments i made deleted. for those who have talked it out i thank-you and for those who keep deleting comments please die i hate you.

  • No little drummer bastard! Haha classic. I love foamy

  • Pointing out now: I have nothing against other religions.

I was having a conversation and I am Christian, it was with my Atheist friend. Well, I simply said my personal views, and he gave me this ARROGANT ASS SMILE LIKE HE KNEW SO MUCH BETTER THAN ME!!! I'm sorry, but, WHAT? So I did the usual questions that his religion can't answer, which I won't list here because I do not wish to offend anyone.

I don't know, I don't think it wrong. I feel like I had every right to do that. Well did I? -.-

  • @ILoveAnimeAndNny Oh boy, you saw someone who was trying to be a holier-than-thou moron and you countered it by... being a holier-than-thou moron...

  • @Swordsman99k hey douche, no one is trying to be a holier-than-thou moron (what ever the hell that means?)

  • @aaaron192 It means you think you're the superior one because of your beliefs. Instead of being a humble person and saying "Oh, maybe my friend thinks differently but let him be with his 'arrogance' as it doesn't affect me." You just had to try to prove your beliefs are the better ones by asking "The usual questions that his religion can't answer, which I won't list here because I do not wish to offend anyone." Countering arrogance with arrogance doesn't cancel out the arrogance...

  • @Swordsman99k your right about that and sorry for the douche part i thought you were the one you were sending the message to. so sorry again i got the names missed up (how the hell did i do that!)

  • BELIEVE IN THE POWER OF SANTA...OR GET NOTHING!

  • Hehe, I love being different: Not a religion to tie, nor atheistic belief to meet the eye. What am I? Who gives a shit, just hope it snows during finals.

  • 1:24 - My new evil chuckle x)

  • Wow like no one is talking about the vid.

Anyways, I like his baby Jesus XD

  • @coolbluecat24 : Apparently you do :)

  • Santa Klaus was a saint. Around Jesus' birthday he would hand out toys and candies to the local children. The children were told to leave their doors unlocked after their parents went to bed, and he would leave the toys and candy in their stockings( or socks) that were hung over the fireplace to dry. It caught on in surrounding regions, and more men were acting as Saint Nick to give children a nice gift. The ONLY religious tie to Santa Klaus is the fact it was done either on Jesus' birthday.

  • Gah, being from Athens, TX blows right now. I am a Christian and yes, this thing with the manger is pissing me off. Mainly because the county judge said that he would have considered the resident's request if they hadn't have gone and griped to some organization who wants to mock us now by putting a sign ridiculing us.

That being said, I love where I live and I know that there are people in the world 100% worse off then I will ever be. I am just talking from annoyance.

  • Omg. Just another annoying debate. If ya want the country to celebrate something other than "Christian holidays" move to another damn country guise. America is what it is and there ain't much anyone can do about it. I'm content with Christmas ^_^ MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!

  • America does celebrate more then Christmas just not the majority of it.

  • Separation of church and state is there for a reason. If you want a manger scene by all means put one up in your own yard. Such things have no business at the courthouse, schools or any other government building.

cant religion be a personal thing, do you need the city to back you up in your choice of personal savior?

as for merry christmas/happy hanukah etc... ive no problem with that. thats personal and personal is just fine.

  • @jmosler9 i agree with you one hundred percent. your religion is your chose and it is personal. do i mind seeing the baby Jesus, no i actually agree and ideals Jesus preached. but religion has little place in public (besides churches etc.) but i do think we can have it plays and songs i (unlike most atheists) don't mind what so ever.

FYI this is the atheist with the top comment

  • It's the same as the gay marriage issue- Don't tell other people what to do just because you don't like it. If it doesn't directly affect your life in any real, measurable way, hen live and let live, and don't rain on someone else's parade just for expressing themselves the way they choose to.

  • I think a lot of you are missing the point. The point isn't if you think Christmas is solely consumerism, or if you feel like this is ignorant patriotism.

The point is, people shouldn't be told what the fuck to do. Not by you, not by whoever. If you're offended by something like 'Merry Christmas', then you take shit too seriously. It's not for you to bitch about.

    Cocksuckers.

  • I honestly think this was a redundant rant that was too ignorant on a (surprisingly) serious subject on tolerance of beliefs to be funny, and just ended up falling flat on it's face. Strange considering how I usually like Foamy's rants.

  • Surprised that Christians or "non religious people" such as Foamy actually want a day of rabid consumerism to be associated with beliefs that are supposed to emphasis living with less material things in life. Also, it's not like schools or anything else actually consider other holidays to be reasons for celebration or acknowledgement. They don't have Hanukkah sales do they?

  • "Kind of like a vigilante with gifts!" lol

  • technically Christmas is a wiccan holiday that celabrates the winter solstice the christians adopted it to convert the wiccans that is why i celebrate christmas not because someone was born on that day i say "Merry Christmas" because that is what i believe christmas is not and no neo Nazi scum bag is going to stop me from saying it because it "hurt their feelings" they can suck it up and shut the fuck up

  • @Draconianclad Amen to that. Most Christmas traditions stem from pagan traditions that the Christians stole and redefined on their own terms in order to convert people more easily. Christmas trees? Stolen from the Germans. Presents? Stolen from the Roman feast of Saturnalia. Fuck those "reason for the season" bitches; celebrate Christmas any way you want. If the Christians don't like it, fuck 'em.

  • @Draconianclad I believe you mean to say PAGANS not WICCANS lol wiccans didnt even exist over 40 years ago..... lol

  • BELIEVE IN THE POWA OF SANTA!!

  • BEST. FOAMY. VIDEO. EVER. Im posting this all over Facebook. Tis the season to shut the fuck up!!!!!!

  • tis the season to SHUT THE FUCK UP AND STOP BEING A WHINY LITTLE BITCH!!!!Lol i love foamy.

  • These are also the same type of institutions that encourage "creative thought" only to stifle it as you progress in grade level. I'm not too fond of christmas, but I don't like any holiday much because of commercialization and withdrawal from said holiday's original root. and, technically, christmas should be in July. It's only in December to combat the Pagan holiday of the Winter Solstice ;D #funfact

  • if i hear one more person say happy holidays to me, i swear im throwing his santa hating ass into a fuckin wood chipper!!!!

  • @InvaderScuzz Happy Holidays!

  • @InvaderScuzz Because god forbid anyone would say what they want to say, rather than what you fucking over-sensitive bastards would otherwise force them to say. If people want to say Happy Holidays, fine. if they want to say Merry Christmas or Happy Chanukah, fine. I don't care. Fuck the "Just Say Merry Christmas" fascists; say whatever you want and let everyone else do the same. Goddamn Christians...

  • @InvaderScuzz Only if you can find me! Happy Holidays!

  • christmas is a christian holiday, other people want to celebrate it, fine, just follow out traditions and do not change them

  • @slipspacer88 It's NOT a Christian holiday; the fact that you think it is shows how little you know about history. The Christians stole it from the pagans in order to better force their worldview on others. I will celebrate Christmas however the FUCK I WANT. If I don't want Jesus in my Christmas, that's my right. If you want Jesus in yours, that's your right. Don't tell me I have to celebrate anything on your terms, douchebag.

  • @cyanmanta really, so the whole thing about celebrating jesus' birthday is crock shit then... suppose you would he never existed you intolerant hick, it is a celebration of the one who saved us, does not matter how it is done, but has been for a long time, you people cannot take away a holiday that is ours in the name of being fair to others

  • tis the seasont to shut the fuck up and stop being a yippy whining bitch :D

  • lol

  • I am an atheist and i hate it when i hear other atheist complain about have a baby Jesus or any other religious symbol. It drives me up a fucking wall. I mean really who the fuck cares, they don't think Santa is the symbol of Christmas but they don't complain when you over fucking decorate your damn house with Santa! In fact they actually like it. So shut up and get over it Jesus and Santa are both part of Christmas in there own ways and both represent peace and happiness. Like if you agree

  • @aaaron192 dude christmas has been commercialized to the point that most people dont even acknowledge the religious aspect of christmas, and when they do, Its not like their trying to fucking convert anyone.

  • @cheeseburgerpals note that i do not know what comment you are replying to(i made many) but i will try my best to reply. I personally know many religious people that celebrate the religious part and i thanked them for being some of the few people i know that stick to their religion fully. Also I know they are not trying to convert me or anyone, but i still stand by what i said that religion should be kept to yourself. With that said, i do not mind if you put a Jesus on your property or in a play

  • @aaaron192 For once, an athiest I respect

  • @ExtremeRulez13 Thank-you unlike many atheists i was raised around religion and have respect for all religions. My grand father is a priest who bought a second house for the towns homeless. And my great aunt is a Nun who haven't left her church in mexico for the last 50 years. so again thank-you for your kindness.

  • @aaaron192 I agree, however it also gets annoying when hardcore religious-defenders get mad when someone chooses to say Happy Holidays. I really don't care, I say both but people that get mad when you don't say Merry CHRISTMAS, they should be punched in the face. Too many people claim that Christmas is not enforced enough as though it were law, and too many people want to remove Christmas altoghether from the month. Both sides should be blasted off this planet for all of December

  • @Swordsman99k great idea i'll start building the cannon and calling my friends at Nasa

  • @aaaron192 THANK YOU ATHEIST.

I'm christian and it annoys me when everyone is like "Jesus doesn't belong in Christmas" and whatever....YES HE DOES HIS BIRTH IS THE REASON WE CELEBRATE THE FREAKING HOLIDAY.

  • @ApologizeLovely thank-you i know Jesus belongs in the hoilday and when they do that clearly state that "where the hell do you think the "Christ" part of Christmas comes from you idiot!?" then if they're are smart they will say "He wasn't born on Christmas" which then you reply "While he wasn't born on this Christmas the Roman king at the time made it the day we celebrate it. You would know this if you knew anything about what you were talking about!" Hope this helps.

  • @aaaron192 What about other languages where "Christ" isn't a part of the name...?

  • @Swordsman99k ummm you got me there. but i am pretty sure that he speaks English and would only talk to people to speak English.

  • @ApologizeLovely And it's also annoying as hell when people go out of their way to put him back into the holiday. For example: A Christmas tree. It doesn't HAVE to be celebrating a religion. It can just be celebrating the fact that people of all beliefs like to share gifts and gather for a common purpose. I've seen atheists with Christmas trees not because they want to celebrate a religion, but because the spirits of giving and joy is appealing.

  • @aaaron192 , there are some atheists out there but you are the best I read a comment from! Be safe, have a nice life, and I wish nothing bad on you! :)

  • I really wish these debates over christianity vs. paganism would just stop... -__-

  • this is like really cute white power.

  • I approve of this.

  • i dont give a shit about religion in christmas, its all about the presents anymore, dont belive me go to walmart on black friday and watch parents beat the shit out of each other so litttle jimmy can have an x box christmas morning. just let me enjoy my happy simple present filled christmas with my christmas tree, santa and frosty the snowman. and what the fuck is this "happy holiday" bull shit saying? which holiday are they talking about duhh fucking chrismas!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!

  • I dont care for christmas, hell I hate it, but you know what?! I dont give a fuck about it. I ignore all the decorations, Im not such a douche that i must destroy everyones good times. So I just live and let live. Just dont tell me to worship baby Jesus cause then I go there

  • I don't have a religion. You think I give a fuck if someone decorates their house? People can do and say whatever they want as long as it isn't hurting anybody. Seriously, I highly doubt I'll have a seizure if I'm walking to the bus in the morning and I see a statue of Jesus or whatever in my neighbor's lawn. Or anywhere for that matter. Whoever has a problem with free expression needs to get over themselves. T_T

  • Go Foamy! Free sh** is awesome! And I'm a pagan!

  • lol plenty! Prayers work too but you wouldnt know mr tree worshiper lol

  • Even though I'm a Jew, I approve this video - and Foamy.

  • Or ill beat you with a baby jesus

  • @SRV1, foamy is preaching religious tolerance, so please shut up and listen to him.

  • youre the dumbass for bieng a pagan! hope you enjoy hell! ;) whats paganism do for ya?? you pray to a totem pole or tree? lol

  • @Srv1 whats christianity ever done for you

  • All holidays (Easter, Christmas, Halloween ect, are actually pagan not christians. Christians stole the holidays from the pagans tried to kill as many of them as they could to wipe out their history, to say their the top religion. So therefore christianity is nothing but bull

  • @crazymonkee92 who the hell cares! all christmas means is that a 500 pound stalker leaves free stuff under an overly decorated tree nobody cares about how it started you neo yuppy scumbag!

  • @crazymonkee92 Yeah. I don't think there really such thing as a Christian holiday. They just said it to make an excuse to hide their pagan history. Even the cross itself was a pagan symbol way before Jesus was even born. I found Christianity and the other religions to be nothing but bull. That's why I become an atheist.

  • @AntiVenom36 Right! This is why I can't stand the Christian religion. Everything in that religion is a lie. The only reason christians even said that Jesus was born that day was because in the Pagan religion it was the birth of the SUN. Yule is the longest night of the year, and after that the days get longer again. Christians stole it and said it's the birth of the SON and they did that to help induce the change into christianity. if that makes sense.

  • But yeah, do some research

  • 1:22 9th in the top 10 moments of Foamy! :D

  • lol how are they beating st nick out of christmas? they're beating the religion out of it, not santa clause. public schools should be tolerant but not partial to any particular religion (christianity in this case) If i were a Jewish parent and my super impressionable five year old was being taught Jesus is the reason for the season, I'd get pissed too.

  • @Misfitasmadasahatter Because some people don't like the religion, the religious folk answer back by saying, "Well, if you're not going to worship Jesus, you're also not allowed to use Santa or Rudolph or Frosty in the school play." It's a knee-jerk response to another knee-jerk response.

  • approved!! i love foamy <3

  • I'm sorry but Paganism came first, not christianity!

  • @crazymonkee92 DUMBASSSSSSSSS

  • @SRV1 I'm sorry but you are the dumbass, Christianity has only been around for 2000yrs Paganism came 8000yrs befor Christianity. Maybe you should do research :) Unless you're the dumbass

  • @crazymonkee92 Oh I love when dumb people talk smart. You're only part right oh religious scolar! Paganism is just a term that discibes any religion the exist outside of the Abrhamic foundation. Any religion other then Jewdism, Christianty, and Islam are paganism. Some of which yes have roots to ealry civilization, but others have been created in more recent years and Christianity just like some pagan religions traces roots back to early human civilization. Only speak about what you know!

  • @evilwren18 No they are not. Paganism is itself a RELIGION. Christianity, judaism (which the is correct spelling not Jewdism), and Islam are NOT pagan. Pagans came 8,000 years BEFORE those religions were EVER thought of. They don't trace anything back to early human civilization. Don't give me that bullshit. I've read the bible front to back. and WHY are you so offended by it? Are you a blinded by all the modern day bullshit people are fed? Brush up on History and Spelling; then talk to me.

  • @crazymonkee92 Read what is written not what you assume to be written. As for being offended, hardly. I just think falicies should be corrected. Ignorance and stupidity should have no room in society. You may have read a Bible but that must be it. I have taken several college courses on Religions including pagan ones. I have read not only the Bible but Humnaist ManisfestoI&II,Quran as well as many other writings as well as other sources.Lastly I hate all things religion and I don't buy anything.

  • @evilwren18 If that's the case, then why did Christians and all them lead Crusades to kill off what they considered Pagan? It doesn't make sense to have all these religions be named different names. Also, since you're so 'smart' what is the definition of a Pagan since you seem to know so much. And if you're so annoyed with all this, then next time try being INFORMATIVE not INSULTING :)

  • @crazymonkee92 I hate this commenting system. Anyway, I just wanted to apologize to you really quickly.I don't like to leave challenges have way or in the middle of what I find to be an interesting exchange however I haven't even had time to read your latest comment. I asssure since you too the time I will do my best to get to it later, but right now I have to try and catch my boyfriend on the other side of the globe to thank him for his gift. Again my apologies for my delay.

  • @crazymonkee92 Told you I'd get back to you. Okay I've read your comment and I think you deserve a far better response then the limited characters on a youtube comment allow for. So, I formulated and educated response for you and I'll send it to you in a message. Don't worry I'm not coming after you with tourches I promise. I just needed more room to type to give you an answer that I think will cover your question. And I hope you don't find it insulting but informative.

  • I applaud all of you who commented on this forum, this is one of the few religion based topics that did not end with swearing and accusations of homosexuality and death threats

  • I'm an atheist, I just celebrated the damn holiday once every year. You don't have to be a Christian or believe in God to celebrate Christmas. Christmas isn't about Jesus or Christianity anymore anyway. In fact, Christmas started out to be a pagan holiday to celebrate the winter solstice. They've Christmas long before Jesus was even born yet.

  • As an atheist, I approve this message!

  • As a Mormon, I do not give a fuck what is going on. I am laughing my ass of at this video. kbai

  • every show has a christmas special ... go ahead look it up.

  • Yeah, uh, this rant would make a whole lot of sense if people were doing the things you're bitching about on ANY SIGNIFICANT LEVEL. But...the fact remains...THEY'RE NOT. It's just a few jerks giving the vast majority of people who don't really care one way or another a bad name. So stop trying to pretend it's some VAST CONSPIRACY involving any broad coalition of political or social ideologies. IT'S NOT. It's a couple of goofballs ruining it for the rest of us. STOP BLAMING NON CHRISTIANS!

  • GO Foamy! Sorry but christians have to put up with other telling us to accept other but they cant accept us? GO Foamy- keep pissing santa off, you'll get coal ]:)

  • @GothicJesusfreak So...you want to force people to say Merry Christmas instead of what they feel comfortable saying? That's not acceptance of any kind. You're all fucked up in the head, but religion will do that to you.

  • @fakebeliever not one bit you can say what you please, you can say happy holidays or happy satan day for all I care I just dont like being told that because I am a jewish christian I cant sing the song I want to sing or celebrate the holiday of both my "religions" the way I want because they might offend people. its about full acceptance and not one party telling the other what they can or can not do. I am simply stating a point of view that christian can be discrinated as well.

  • @GothicJesusfreak nooooooo one cares :D

  • As a spiritualist, i approve this message...i saw everyone else making this statement in different form and i wanted to get in on it....am I cool now?

  • We as human beings on this earth celebrate two religious holidays a year, DEAL WITH IT!

  • I really don't like Catholicism or Christianity, but I do acknowledge that Christmas is one of THEIR holidays and if we want to celebrate it, we have to accept that. Christmas is awesome!

  • Me, I'm a hardcore atheist. and as a hardcore athiest I approve this messege. I don't belive in god, the the messege here is so fucking true.

  • @SkylerRayY2K Actually, it's nice sounding bullshit. There is no conspiracy, so the argument is built upon a straw man.

  • @SkylerRayY2K Same here! I am an atheist and I love everything to do with Christmas, no matter the faith.

  • And of course, nobody can greet people with a "Merry Christmas" "Happy Hanukkah" or what have you anymore. Can't show your support for a particular religion anymore, noo. Now it's "Happy Holidays." I go out of my way to correct these people by saying "Screw you, it's merry Christmas." If they disagree, I wish them a happy Shut the Fuck Up.

  • @NinjaRacoonDelta2 Actually, everyone can say Merry Christmas, all the time, whenever they want. They can also say Happy Holidays to you if they damn well please. If you want to complain, complain to corporations. CORPORATIONS are the ones controlling their employees' speech, not some secular or anti-religious conspiracy. Get a grip on yourself.

  • @NinjaRacoonDelta2 Oh, I have no objection to "Merry Christmas" at all... except for the fact that people are now wishing me a "Merry Christmas" in fucking NOVEMBER. If it's December 19th or later, go ahead with the Merry Christmas all you want; until then, it's not fucking Christmas yet! Let me enjoy the holidays at my own pace instead of forcing me to celebrate four different holidays continuously over the course of about four goddamn months. Keep Christmas confined to late December!

  • @NinjaRacoonDelta2:

Just let them know that they have a choice between "Merry Christmas," or "Merry 'Kiss-My-Ass.'" ;)

  • screw school rules i sing christmas songs nd i brought a bible 2 school

ps im a cristian nd i approve this message

pps shool is filled with jackasses nd dumbassses screw them all!!! *pulls out bomb nd blws up school*

  • As an atheist, i approve this message. though, everyone is entitled to their own religion, and none of it is meant to be offensive. why can't we all just enjoy the season? if you don't celebrate Christmas, don't be offended by the people who do. i don't care who celebrates what, i don't judge. just don't try and shove your beliefs down my throat, or im gonna get ticked.

  • @Namari944 So likewise, if you don't celebrate Christmas, don't be offended when somebody tell you Happy Holidays, right? Because that would be consistent and make sense.
