you have to be careful when starting to work out at a gym for the first time, don't push yourself too extremely. Your body can go into Rhabdomyolysis-where your body breaks down muscle for energy. Basically, catabolism. causing dark urine, muscle weakness........just be careful.
It's surprising how much weight you can lose if you just eat healthy for a change and exercise regularly, I managed to lose half a stone in 2 weeks and I was already thin.
I have gotten that to, when i would work out it would get worse. You need to carb load Phil! the day before you are planning on doing a run, eat lots of complex carbs ie: sweet potatoes/brown rice/ezekiel bread/ and have oats every morning. Your headache is most likely contributed to lack of good sugars in your blood for energy. Your body will store the carbs you had the day before and release the energy when you work out. getting in shape is 80% what you eat and 20% how you work out.
sure you can let your self go. you can give up. but really in the end youre just shitting on your self. anythings possible if you can put the effort in. fuck everyone else, fuck insentives, dont you want to be the bast YOU can be for YOU.

A personal trainer helps a ton. I used one for about 9 months and he kicked my ass to the tune of about 20 lbs and a whole bunch of muscle. It's now been 3 workouts since I stopped using him so hopefully I can keep up the goodness.

I feel like the people watching are making more of an effort

you have to be careful when starting to work out at a gym for the first time, don't push yourself too extremely. Your body can go into Rhabdomyolysis-where your body breaks down muscle for energy. Basically, catabolism. causing dark urine, muscle weakness........just be careful.

It's surprising how much weight you can lose if you just eat healthy for a change and exercise regularly, I managed to lose half a stone in 2 weeks and I was already thin.

I have gotten that to, when i would work out it would get worse. You need to carb load Phil! the day before you are planning on doing a run, eat lots of complex carbs ie: sweet potatoes/brown rice/ezekiel bread/ and have oats every morning. Your headache is most likely contributed to lack of good sugars in your blood for energy. Your body will store the carbs you had the day before and release the energy when you work out. getting in shape is 80% what you eat and 20% how you work out.

Phil - You need to commit to a healthy, active lifestyle... (that means for life). Not just 30 days. Otherwise, you will be right back here soon after the 30 days is over. Take care of yourself and commit to exercise, eating better, and a healthy, balanced life.

Phil, I just wanted to let you know that I'm going through the EXACT same thing! I started running on Monday for the first time in 3 months. I feel like shit, and it sucks to have to start at square one again...but it's nice to know that such an influential person is going through the same :) Please keep making healthy diet/exercise videos on your vloggity!

You're at least trying to keep yourself fit. You aren't ont of those people who sit there like "Oh, hey. I'm huge. I'm gonna start working out." But they never do anything. You're trying and that's the main thing.
We will always be here for you. The diehard fans, (which I'm sure are most), will stick by you no matter what. Always.

A personal trainer helps a ton. I used one for about 9 months and he kicked my ass to the tune of about 20 lbs and a whole bunch of muscle. It's now been 3 workouts since I stopped using him so hopefully I can keep up the goodness.

its not the tearing of muscles. it the lactic acid being released when you havent exercised in a lonnng timeee. ur atp runs out and ur body yearns oxygen (thats why ur huffing and puffing after a work out.) ahaha
that probably one thing i remember from last year 9th grade bio... lol

working out does feel good. i joined the army to change my life..... probably not making this a career but it sure did change my life physically and mentally. try some simple army physical training. its not to hard but it gets the job done.
