  • I like it when they talk about how to do something and then don't show us.

  • I bet your tables are popular. Every one comes complete with a screw hole in the middle. Classy!

  • What?

  • Checkout @woodworkbyjw. New company with a great quality brand of making wooden furniture. Great .com

  • YOUTUBE, PLEASE ALLOW US TO BLOCK EXPERT VILLAGE ON VIDEO SEARCHES!!!!

    Thumbs up if you agree!!

  • Three words: Jasper Circle Jig.

    Problem solved! :)

  • Hi, i'm Jony Knoxville ... ha!

  • I commonly refer to Expert Village as Idiot Village. And this guy is 1 of the many Village Idiots.

  • Fucking retard. Measure from the outside of the bit furthest from the pivot point. Other wise say the big is 1/2" wide the circle cut will be a full 1" in diameter wider. Good thing I am wasting time and looking for ideas and not actually learning from this guy.

  • @worldhookah

Dear looker for ideas & time waster:

That depends on whether you want to keep the circle you cut out, or the hole you make with your cut. Think twice instead of shooting from the hip and sound like a tard yourself.

  • EXPERT VILLAGE IS SHIT

  • this guy sounds and kinda looks like paul rudd

  • A Perfect Circle rocks!

  • what the fuck i just wasted 2 minutes watching ur stupid video!..which u said absolutely nothing...next time don't say anything just do it!....dammmmmm

  • sound too low :(

  • u said absolutely nothing!....i just wasted my time watching ur stupid videro

  • @TheBinaryCore You ever hear of Jasper Tools, No? Precision Router Accessories?

  • How the $%#@ do you see the video? Nothing but text!!!!!

  • @oldoldhippie Never grabbed a book, did ya??

  • @iiiggnatiuzz Do what?

  • KEVIN THE FLIPPIN' FROG - MUPPET VILLAGE!

  • Once you got the router secured to the board and screw, how would you start it??? The router bit would already be touching the wood that you want to make into a circle, and you can't move it cause it's secures by the screw.

  • I need to make a rectangular box shaped hole out of my guitar for installing a battery compartment, what tool do I use for that? Any instructions would be really helpful. Thanks.

  • you'd use a router just like the one he's using. You'll also need a straight router bit with a bearing so it can run along a straight edge or template. You could probably find a video on doing it here, there's too much to explain in this comment box haha.

  • id say a router with a straight bit as gavin also said or try a jigsaw/skill saw with a template

  • a hammer and chisel...

  • Comment removed

  • @Tonmoy08 use a mortise. but if u think u will bever use it again i think they make some that go on a drillpress for cheaper.

  • its only a tiny hole, i want to see the hole for speakers.

  • draw your circle, cut it out with your jigsaw, then sand it!

  • But it won't be perfect

  • we call that a banjo router set up

  • uggghhhhh less yappin more zappin!!!!

  • there easier to cut out on the table saw ,,and much faster theres no setup

  • How do you make the circle that he made in the first place? The little one? That's what I need to do, but have no idea.

  • with a holesaw?

  • Hey no1use. I would think that a trained Beaver would be happy to chew that first hole for you. You just have to lay it out for him first.

Sorry, I didn`t mean to mark your comment as spam. I meant to click reply. But i was laughing so hard that I missed.

  • small ones you can use a spade bit or hole saw perfect for tweeters

  • @mikeya88 Really? They have holesaws that could cut a 6 foot hole?

  • @jjenson2006 No, the " circle that he made in the first place? The little one? " is not a 6ft hole is it?

  • with a forstner bit, looks like 1 3/8 bit

  • A drill maybe ?!

  • are theyre any other ways to attach the router to the wood? with out messing with the router (i have to use school owned router)

  • Very cool and easy
