Geez, maybe you can help me. I have dx of Progressive Myelopathy of Unknown etiology. left side Mild atrophy, fasciculations, left sided weakness, positive babinski sign, Sustained right ankle clonus, pos Hoffman sign, hyperreflexia and rombergs. All infectious, inflammatory, compression and neoplastic causes have been ruled out.
Any suggestions or Differential DX here please????
