at exactly 1:35 seconds the person puts his arm down to block the kick..very bad habbit to learn i hope he knows how to block with his shins because in the streets u cant afford to drop that hand for an in comming kick.. because in the streets anything goes,competitions is difffrent,but in the streets he could have gotten hes eyes jabed out or punched in the face

I used to be the bccma southern fist and traditional southern forms champion.

I was also in the British squad for the world championships in 2003.

It is a horse shit organization. All bickering and bullshit and getting nowhere.

It is run by, and full of wankers. Especially Peter (frankenstein) Warr.
