@Zipito06 Cowboy Bepop was licensed/dubbed by Bandai, not Sentai Filmworks. Also, after reading my comment a few times, I don't understand how my dislike for this anime's dub would make it the basis for my logic on dubs. It's true, though, I dislike most English dubs. Bandai and FUNimation tend to make some of the best, though. I wish this anime was licensed by either of them. *sigh*

@TetrisAnimeOtaku Sentai is far from the best, and yet far from the worst. I found this dub to be a mixed bag overall. Different scenes were worse, equal, and slightly better than the sub. Sometimes even Funimations has its share of blunders in various anime.

One dubbing group I truly miss is ADV Films, which to my understanding, Sentai FW is part of that former company along with a few .other lesser known ones.

I think the sub in this instance with the original Japanese is better, because Sunohara says, "...beza-kaba" which means "toilet-seat cover." It just sounds funnier then just saying toilet

Funny but disappointment came when I couldn't here Tomoya whistling Dango Daikazoku. He hums it here and it doesn't come up loud while in the Jap Dub he whistles it and is recognisable. Minor complaints but the dub is good none the less
