The problem with Britney is that she is too guarded. Could it be a mental thing? Of course! I mean, the girl controls 0% of her life. It's hard enough being a celebrity in this day and age, but it is 100% harder to have your management or "people" control what you do day to day, and monitor everything when your at home.

@MJustiniyan Just because a person becomes stable it doesn't mean they aren't ill anymore. Mental disorders can be genetic, something you have your whole life. Considering the seriousness of Britney's condition at her worst it is very likely that she has one. I wouldn't consider this bashing a lot of her fans have accepted that she's mentally ill. Although her breakdown was years ago still after all this time she has the legal status of a child, I'm sure there's a reason for it.
