@al5mnd9trnksdr745bi First of all, the black panther weren't a militant group, like the kkk/skinheads etc. They were a peaceful group that promoted black power as in supporting the black community that wasn't getting properly funded and didn't have the proper sources to overcome. But the police/media began to publicize them at such a group, not until later on when some were killed, imprisoned&victimized for what they believe was right, they retaliated, and blks as a whole too, riots,

white ppl just dont believe blacks are qualified for any jobs other than manual labor. Ive spoken with whites about this issue and the common arguement is only that more qualified whites are being over looked, and they all seem to know a white man who was obviously more qualified and over looked. they like to act as if they personally reviewed the applicants qualifications. as affirmative action pretains to universities they just arent interested in diversity.

@jmsjazz1 and also they fail to realize that white people have more resources growing up, and is going to have more things on their resume sometimes, and also it's always someone out there who is better than/worst than etc. They also fail to realize that so many white people get in just because they live in that neighborhood (which is usually upperclass), how many white ppl get in becuz there daddy no someone, or because their a prodigy, etc. but they don't care about that, they just see blk ppl

People should be viewed on their skills not on their race or gender, if your not skilled no matter what race or gender you dont get the job. thats how it should work and thats fair play.

The wording of this bill looks like they simply don't want to worry about race. Is that unjust?
