Jon saw my Dean animation and contacted me just several months before his illness. I was shocked and in heaven. We later met for lunch to discuss making video animation for his solo concerts and for YES. He was funny, hip and short. Unfortunately his illness and leaving YES ended that opportunity. Más tarde nos encontramos para almorzar para discutir lo que la animación de video para sus conciertos en solitario y por el SI. Él era divertido, muy hip y cortos. WOW! I have only seen one other Roger Dean fan made compilation, which in turn caused me to research him because of his unfathomable pieces of artwork. Thank you, his artwork is literally above and beyond my beautiful imagination! lol

Roger dean is one of my favorite artists of all time, I grew up looking at his pictures on my Dad's Yes albums and also his picture books published in the 70s. Amazing work and so inspiring when you're looking for something to draw!

roger dean's art got me into yes and in the early 80's i had the honour to meet him and chris squire in studio 3 at southern television. i could not say much cos my jaw was on the floor you now what i mean.

Outstanding montage. I never imagine someday I could see something like this. Roger must be proud of you. I joint the motion to see The Floating Island Proyect one day. I hope Avatar don´t stop Roger with his project.

Thank...I hope he does as well without all the death and destruction but something very beautiful, green and uplifting. Avatar touched on many things but emotionally fell back on to many cliches which actually made be bored at times

WOW! I love and appreciate the comments. YES music are works of Art .Roger Dean should have certainly been mentioned in Avatar. Nice to see hisa work visualized as I tried to do in my simple way but I hope and wish Dean will do it himself one day. I just got impatient waiting to see his Art in motion
