It's Pride month so I'm celebrating our rich lesbian herstory with the amazing Dutch jazz pianist Pia Beck singing That's Life, lest we ever forget. Rest in peace, sister.
@sunshineonpetals youre not kidding! i read an article about her that said that she moved to spain with her partner in 1965 at which time they had already been together for 15 years! they died within months of each other in 2009 - i think - after being together for 59 years!
i am so glad i discovered her too. she was great!
