But this song, i like. and Holy shit! at the 4:23 mark, there's a solo! and then a part after that that reminds me of Sound of Perseverance by Death. and holy shit, there's some death metal vocals after that part. They should have stuck with a sound more like this instead of the stupid trash they began to play like 3 years later.

Also this was probably an early version; some riffs and beats might have been used to make (sic), just like what happened to many other songs off the 2 demo albums, Like Gently got re-made 3 times I think, MFKR, Crowz and IOWA. Prosthetics from Crowz was remade for the self-titled. I don't remember which but I heard a riff that sounded just like the intro of Before I forget in a song from the demo albums.

While I like Slipknots original album I can see why Corey became the lead singer over Anders, he is just better. I prefer the version of Gently with Corey's vocals to Anders.
