@KataarSolo Thanks for listening! I got some radio play, and statistics show that the vast majority of listeners who liked my music also liked Clapton. So it sounds like a good idea to market it to Clapton fans.

Pandora will add me to their "Music DNA" project soon - it will be interesting to see how they will classify it.

Music reviewers also compare my music and vocals to Clapton, JJ Cale and Knopfler. Surely I'm not even close to these icons, but it's a good goal to work toward...

@Leksingen You are right, playing cover songs for years have been instrumental in understanding song structures and especially learning to play an instrument or two - that's important for song writing. Ha-ha. And I wanted to write for a long time (and more is coming), but didn't have the neither skills nor tools. But after I showed couple of my early songs to friends, I got pretty enthusiastic feedback and decided I should write more and share with a bigger audience.
