I take it almost noone watched the episode of mythbusters where this myth was proven wrong. They found that in an airless environment, that the flag flapped because there was nothing preventing the flag from slowing quickly exept for gravity, also meaning there was no air resistance

@jamstamanify Yes, if you have access to a vacuum chamber, you see stuff keep moving for a long time. It isn't rocket science. The main thing that slows down a sheet of material is wind resistance.
The flag can and will move with no air. All this means is that air or wind can't move the flag; it doesn't mean the flag can't move at all. Once it starts moving, it'll actually move a lot more up there than down here on earth because since there's no air, there's no air resistance. It will move a lot longer without air resistance. Gravity will have to bring it to a hault.

1) There is very little gravity on the moon therefor there is no perceivable downward pull of gravity. Also there's a stick across the top.
2) There is no air on the moon so an movement like the obvious twist of the flag pole into the ground will continue to make the flag flap as there is no friction from the air to stop it. Such as the ISS, exploration of other planets, orbiting telescopes, and monitoring geological things like arctic ice and sea levels. Have some patience, I believe another manned lunar mission is being planned, and also the Chinese are intent on having their own mission in the near future.

It looks to me exactly like the equal and opposite reaction of the flagpole itself being twisted. Exactly the type of reaction I'd expect to see in a low gravity vacuum with no air pressure to limit the flag's movement as the pole is being twisted. Just look at a flag in a breeze, and then look at this. Watch carefully now; nothing..like...each..other.

Also we have to remember the reflectors left on the moon, the Astronauts left behind mirrors/reflectors, which scientists to this day use to determine the length from Earth to the Moon. Scientists from all over the world use them all the time, all year. And it is certain they where planted there, precisely.
Even countries like Russia, China and Iran use these for there own research. It would be a massive PR stunt for these countries to prove the USA did not land on the moon, so why don't they?

Simple:
1) There is very little gravity on the moon therefor there is no perceivable downward pull of gravity. Also there's a stick across the top.
2) There is no air on the moon so an movement like the obvious twist of the flag pole into the ground will continue to make the flag flap as there is no friction from the air to stop it. It's basic and answered by Newtons first law of motion: The velocity of a body remains constant unless the body is acted upon by an external force.

The Feather/Rock experiment which was visual proof that they were in a vacuum not to mention the rate they descended impossible with Earth Gravity. I'm a geologist. I collaborated with scientists who developed instruments at the University of Manchester used to date Apollo Moon rocks. They dated my rock samples.
I have personally examined Apollo moon rock, they contain particles of solar wind & radioactive isotopes generated by cosmic rays. They show no life, weathering or alteration. They are extraordinary "fresh", despite being to 3.2 to 4.5 billion years old. They not Lunar Meteorites.

@Eriksz All Apollo rocks are >2 billion years old, they were naturally made long ago on the moon, not the 1960s. If you try to fake a rock, melt a rock and let cool, you measure the time the rock was last melted. It's utterly impossible to manufacture an old rock.
Scientists use a variety of techniques to date rocks, all depend on the decay of natural radioactive elements. I've used Ar-Ar dating, a method developed for lunar samples - it's reliable, accurate and self-checks for error.
