What people prefer doesn't always say what's best. People prefer 3DS Max over Maya, but maya is a much better 3D program though very hard to use. Also, I shouldn't have to say that I prefer it. Also, I just feel it's more immersive with a controller and a console. On a computer you can press the home button to put down the game, check your mail, answer someone on MSN at any time. On a console you're always IN the game. This is a feature that's going away though. The consoles resembles computers more and more as time passes.

@the2eyedcyclops Inaccurate? Well, there's less buttons. But if they suffice for playing the game, I don't see why you would need that many extra buttons anyway. I own a PS3 though and I know that it's hardware is a tad better than the 360's. However, graphics doesn't matter at all. Most games today suck because of the high focus on "beautiful" graphics. Mostly I'd much more like to whip out an old PS1 game. Chances are I'm gonna have more fun with that. With 2D graphics! :O

@darthguy3 its the joysticks man, i can barely stand em, the mouse makes it much easier to aim, the only reason its even a little easy on consoles is cuz they have built in aim bots that help out just enough to get the enemy (in fps games that is) but i totally agree about the ps1 thing, i like nice graphics, but metal gear solid is and always will be the greatest game ever created.

Also, I prefer console because it's more immersive. DLC and Mods doesn't appeal to me, because I like games to be like they're meant to be. Also, I never play online anyway.
