@Katazka I do believe in some apparitions, like Fatima, none of them are telling you to do anything wrong, only to please God obey commandements and love one another as yourself. @rosamcgoum Well I think most people would not dispute many of the real proven miracles like at Fatima, but merely just what their significance is. As for evidence of Medjugorje, well we'll know within the next 20 years. The priest meant to announce the secrets is over 60 now I believe, so it's within his lifetime. I truly do believe , and it's more than just hoping that it will happen, I just have a feeling of 'how can this stuff be faked?'

The miracles at Medjugorje have already been accepted by the Vatican as real, just as the miracles of Lourdes, and of Knock have. The church has accepted that the apparitions are real. That fact is well published. And the Church is not our masters. It's not disobedience. The Church is very far from perfect and it accepts that. "If it is of men, it will fall apart, if it is of God, then we only fight Him".

Most of these "visions" I believe are imagined or fabricated. We have to be very careful about this though. Being familiar with Medjugorye I can say I really believe that all the visionaries are telling us the truth and I am a sceptical person. May God bless them and us as well.

It is one big lie made by all this people from međugorje to bring tourist to that place. And people from Hercegovina are well known in my country for doing everything to earn money. The Catholic Church agrees. People who are converted by Medjugorje make their own choice. I don't think Our Blessed Mother has ever asked that anyone become Catholic. But anyone converted through Medjugorje would NOT be likely to continue to hold such beliefs as:

You're talking about the Jean Louis finger poke incident. So, are you saying that Mary did not allow Vicka to move her head backwards in self-defence even while in ecstasy? Note that it was not a violent jerk backwards, just a gentle rock and then she carried on as if nothing had happened. Regardless, three scientific teams have studied them over a period of YEARS (not just one apparition) with all kinds of electric shock and light tests and they all agree that these visionaries are not faking.

People must be doing a lot of things around Vicka. Surely, God has the power to simply allow Vicka to rock her head backwards while allowing her to continue her conversation with Mary.
Conspiracy theorists love to say that Vicka "concocted" a story. As I understand it, Vicka attended the question and answer session directly after the vision, with no time to concoct. The question asked was whether she could recall anything that would make her startle. She was not asked "why did you rock your head back and blink?" Naturally, you would try to think of something that concerned you during the apparition. Maybe she WAS honestly concerned about baby Jesus falling from Mary's arms.
I believe Vicka really didn't see Jean Louis' finger consciously. I believe she was allowed to rock backwards. However, I can't be sure about whether she was coached by a Franciscan. After all, they were young and impressionable in 1981. But, regardless, THREE SCIENTIFIC TEAMS HAVE STUDIED the visionaries with much more conclusive tests that Jean Louis' test. None of them concluded fraud.
You seem to be ignoring the three scientific teams whose tests were a good deal more scientific than Jean Louis' little test. And they were conducted over MANY apparitions and several years. The scientific facts point to them NOT being frauds. So, I'll believe the scientists and, consequently I'll also give Vicka the benefit of the doubt and come to any of the following conclusions:
1) Vicka DID see the finger poke, but God or Mary allowed her to, without interrupting their communication too much.
2) Vicka did NOT see the finger poke CONSCIOUSLY, i.e. her entire conscious focus was on Mary, but she was subconsciously involved in getting out of the way.
3) if she was lying about what happened, then she may have been coached by a Franciscan to respond a certain way against her own better judgement. To me, that's human error and doesn't stain the visions.

You may indeed get the reply "I lied and I saw Jean Louis finger." But, what would that prove? They all have stopped smoking and spend their days in God's service.

I've myself experienced that God excist: cause at age of 16 I was really deppressed that summer probably was the summer of 2003 and I prayed to God that he would take me out of this depression and he came to me. I fealt a warm feeling and a happy feeling in my stomeck + I actually fealt a wormth like the sun shining on my skin indoors at evening (in a corner where no sun can shine in) and then it spread all over my body. And it has continued this last 6 years. God is real and he cares!

@Katazka I do believe in some apparitions, like Fatima, none of them are telling you to do anything wrong, only to please God obey commandements and love one another as yourself. All Mary wants is to pray for us in order to be saved. I have my doubts about Medugorje,but I really hope its true. I think someone having a vision from heaven, will live a different life, never be the same person.Do lots of works of charity for so many abandoned children, somethng like Mother Theresa from Calcutta.

As for evidence of Medjugorje, well we'll know within the next 20 years. The priest meant to announce the secrets is over 60 now I believe, so it's within his lifetime. I truly do believe , and it's more than just hoping that it will happen, I just have a feeling of 'how can this stuff be faked?'

much positive results. We should have more charity from Medugorje, not only hotels and ths visionaries shedding tears.We dont know where we will be in the next 20 years.We need some more clarification now.

The miracles at Medjugorje have already been accepted by the Vatican as real, just as the miracles of Lourdes, and of Knock have. The church has accepted that the apparitions are real. That fact is well published. And the Church is not our masters. It's not disobedience. The Church is very far from perfect and it accepts that. "If it is of men, it will fall apart, if it is of God, then we only fight Him".

Anyway I will await the official approvement of our Pope Benedict XVI who, as a catholic, I consider representative of Jesus Christ, on earth . that doesnt mean I consider him a saint. Most of these "visions" I believe are imagined or fabricated. We have to be very careful about this though. Being familiar with Medjugorye I can say I really believe that all the visionaries are telling us the truth and I am a sceptical person. May God bless them and us as well.

The Catholic Church agrees. People who are converted by Medjugorje make their own choice. I don't think Our Blessed Mother has ever asked that anyone become Catholic. But anyone converted through Medjugorje would NOT be likely to continue to hold such beliefs as:
1) Mary is just a woman, no-one special and certainly not the Queen of Heaven.
2) We don't need the Pope (remember, Mary also said "Have him consider himself the father of all

the message of medjugorje is heretical. it contradicts the infallible teaching of the catholic church. our holy mother would not say that all religions and churches are accepted in heaven. this would cause the destruction of the catholic faith because it would no longer be needed. it would also mean that christ lied when he stated that only through me can you find salvation. it would make his holy sacrifice and communion null and void.

The Church says that we should acknowledge the seeds of truth in all religions. That's essentially what Mary's reiterating. People are usually in a particular religion because of family or cultural situations. God understands if you were born to a household of 20 generations of Islam. I'm sure he looks at the heart. And if He thinks they're in the wrong religion, He's capable of leading them, don't you think? We are not the ones to judge on these matters. I think the RCC realises this now.

Please provide the document or website where it is said that Benedict told everyone not to go to Medjugorje. Don't you even know what the official pronouncement of the Vatican is? We've known it since 1991. The Zadar declaration of 1991 clearly permits pilgrimages to Medjugorje. Not only that but the Vatican made a provision that every pilgrim is entitled to receive pastoral care while on pilgrimage. So, why, oh why, do you think Benedict doesn't want people to go to Medjugorje?

You're talking about the Jean Louis finger poke incident. So, are you saying that Mary did not allow Vicka to move her head backwards in self-defence even while in ecstasy? Note that it was not a violent jerk backwards, just a gentle rock and then she carried on as if nothing had happened. Regardless, three scientific teams have studied them over a period of YEARS (not just one apparition) with all kinds of electric shock and light tests and they all agree that these visionaries are not faking.

Conspiracy theorists love to say that Vicka "concocted" a story. As I understand it, Vicka attended the question and answer session directly after the vision, with no time to concoct. The question asked was whether she could recall anything that would make her startle. She was not asked "why did you rock your head back and blink?" Naturally, you would try to think of something that concerned you during the apparition. Maybe she WAS honestly concerned about baby Jesus falling from Mary's arms.

I believe Vicka really didn't see Jean Louis' finger consciously. I believe she was allowed to rock backwards. However, I can't be sure about whether she was coached by a Franciscan. After all, they were young and impressionable in 1981. But, regardless, THREE SCIENTIFIC TEAMS HAVE STUDIED the visionaries with much more conclusive tests that Jean Louis' test. None of them concluded fraud.

You seem to be ignoring the three scientific teams whose tests were a good deal more scientific than Jean Louis' little test. And they were conducted over MANY apparitions and several years. The scientific facts point to them NOT being frauds. So, I'll believe the scientists and, consequently I'll also give Vicka the benefit of the doubt and come to any of the following conclusions:

2) Vicka did NOT see the finger poke CONSCIOUSLY, i.e. her entire conscious focus was on Mary, but she was subconsciously involved in getting out of the way.
3) if she was lying about what happened, then she may have been coached by a Franciscan to respond a certain way against her own better judgement. To me, that's human error and doesn't stain the visions.

I seem to remember that the visionaries of Fatima were hardly saints either. I think Our Lady said to that the little boy Francisco would have to say "many rosaries" before going to heaven. Children are children. Now, the Medjugorje visionaries are all adults and bear great fruits. Look at some of the recent interviews with Vicka and see for yourself. They all have stopped smoking and spend their days in God's service.

I've myself experienced that God excist: cause at age of 16 I was really deppressed that summer probably was the summer of 2003 and I prayed to God that he would take me out of this depression and he came to me. I fealt a warm feeling and a happy feeling in my stomeck + I actually fealt a wormth like the sun shining on my skin indoors at evening (in a corner where no sun can shine in) and then it spread all over my body. And it has continued this last 6 years. God is real and he cares!

jesus on the cross called thomas to him and said behold your mother,mother behold your son. in revealations our lady is given the roll to crush satan with her heal, if Jesus to whom is god allows his mother to come unto this earth why is it hard for you to understand this. if you truly belive in god then you should belive he has the power to do his will on anything that needs to be done .
