SPOILER ALERT!!!! I liked the alternate ending to this better than the theatrical ending. It's still pretty much the same except in the alternate when that guy goes to help Tom, Tom screams behind him at Harry "Don't do it Harry! Don't do it!" And then Harry kills the guy with the pickax the same time you see Tom pick it up and kill him. I like that much better because Tom thinks Harry is still real and doing the killings- not him.
