  • Could you fit in that pan, if so can we see?

  • The lemon was happy to see you, Titli! :D

  • @MrAnonie It probably would, but start with less sugar and adjust accordingly

  • *points to lemon part* "Im not quite sure whats going on here"

    PAHAHAHA xD <3

  • LOL *Points to lemon* "I'm not sure what's going on here..."

  • Hi Titli...I love your vids...I have a question: have you done some time stretch thing on your theme music? There's this weird clicky-clicky noise that's made me shudder for a while...."like fingernails on a chalk-board"...when I watch on my phone it sounds even worse

  • @adamp108 I've noticed some problems with videos from YouTube in the last few days. It's nothing I've done. hopefully the problem will go away!

  • Great recipe! I've just done elderflower cordial, but in my part of the world I still have to wait a bit longer for the blackcurrant. Though I'm sure I'll do this recipe :)

  • Blimey. So easy!

  • this is much better than the crazy ribena commercials in my country !! =P

btw why u did not use ur wizzy toy? can the wizzy toy be used ??

  • @gameraiman15 Not necessary for this. The fruit just kinda implodes without much effort.

  • titlibena is soo cute!! wonder how it taste,,,

  • first time I've noticed you are saying goodbye while your ingredients are still there :P

  • wow, you seem like you have alot of bushes in your garden !

  • I wish blackcurrants were legal in the US. I cannot get them in Colorado and I just found out they are considered the most healthy berry of all. It's damned disappointing.

  • so it's ribena XD i had the patience to make it, i made some lovely ballotine the other day

  • if you leave it for a while, will it become a blackcurrant-liqueur?

  • What is the brand of that stock pot? I've been looking for one that's tall like that.

  • whats the difference between rind and zest or are they both the same?

  • @wathepoint If you peel a lemon (or any citrus fruit) you get the outer coloured waxy layer (the zest) and the inner soft white layer (the pith). The two layers together are called the peel or rind.

  • Now I've got to hunt down blackcurrants in the US... the challenge begins! Luckily I live in a state where they can be legally farmed!

  • @Monchichito So they are no longer completely outlawed in the US?

  • @TitliNihaan They're no longer federally banned. Many states still ban them; however, there are several that do not. :)

  • *Orders Blackcurrent seeds* :-)

  • 2:30, Titli, you haven't even made the food yet your say See you next tim ein Titli's Busy Kitchen!

  • @tomwahtoes Eagle-eye!

  • Could you allow this to ferment?

  • @icallgreens The sugar content is probably too high for fermentation

  • 3/4 Kg of Sugar......yikes!

  • @rockandrope There are recipes out there which use even greater quantities of sugar....

  • Then whiz

  • What does the scouter say about her blackcurrant level?

    OVER NINE THOUSEND!

  • Oooh i'm going to love this blackcurrant serie! <3 :D

  • Is there any food you CAN'T make?

  • @Abvance Anything is possible with a little practice :-)

  • @TitliNihaan Do you think you could make homemade Jaffas?

  • @bashlet Oh now that would be fun!

  • @TitliNihaan I'd LOVE to see it :)

  • @TitliNihaan Can you make it into jelly if you let it simmer for a bit longer?

  • @CookiieMonsterXxX Ooooo yeah.....

  • @TitliNihaan Lol, & thanks :)

  • Remember when you wanna use the peel of any fruit, you must get the organic ones, So there ain't any poison from the fertilizer in it.

  • Looks like fun!

I am a little confused, though. Is it a juice or will it be alcoholic or . . . what is it?

  • @lotsabots It's a cordial. You dilute it with water to make a drink. I usually put about 1" in the bottom of a tall glass and top up with sparkling water.

  • can i make titlibena with redcurrants?

  • @Tales0fSymphonia I guess you could!

  • wonderful :-)

  • Are blackcurrants the 'not-yet sundried' version of currants? :o They look delicious :3 Nicely done, Titli! Another wonderful recipe <3

  • @OriMedian The shrivelled "currants" are dried grapes. These are blackcurrants - quite popular in fruit gardens in the UK

  • LoL @ the lemons

  • I LOVE YOU TITLI!! NOMNOMNOM

  • I love you Titli! =D you rock <3
