As for the 2 minutes noted in this video, as opposed to the 15 minutes listed in our other videos. We state 15 minutes as the "normal" time it takes to treat a tile.
But EVERY tile is different, some tile are harder the others, each tile will take the treatment in different times. Be sure to do a test area first to find out exactly how long it will take to treat.

I watched other videos where they claim to wait 15 minutes. Why only 2 minutes? Thats a big difference.

You can apply Johnny Grip to a clean or a dirty floor, it doesn't matter it will still work the same.
