Is it sad that I instantly knew the make of fish tank, and those fern plants and the make and model of filter? I believe it's a clearseal tank??? I have one they are so cheap'n'cheerful! Those goldfish look fine to me!
Beautiful fish, just surfing other people with older goldfish. Mine are 3 years that have been moved from a 10, to a 15, and the current 20 gallon. Looking for a deal on a 55 gallon. I wonder why the white one died. Sorry
Since I got her she had always had a small lump near her vent area so I thought it was swimbladder (it would keep on goin smaller and then come back a bit bigger) then it was just one night she was on her side n i moved her and she swam for a bit but then went back to being on her side like an 'n' shape on the bottom of the tank, then a few hours later she had died(I was so gutted!) still miss her as she was the one who was friendly n would come to the front of the tank when i walked in the room
I know, but even thought i had kept fish for ten years i still didnt know how much room each fish needed. But once id got this tank within a couple of months the white fish had died, so i must of been doing somthin right with the smaller tank. Thanks for lookin.
OMG...u r so stupid. It´s not the size of the tank which killed the fish. This Tank is to small for gold fish.Go get a bigger one and get informations about you´re pets.
I couldnt get a bitgger tank than that one coz we had no room! so dont call me stupid!!! I knew it wasnt as big as it should be. I know how to look after goldfish... Unlike most of the poeple who own fish!
@janey1029384756 tell me about it a person who works at a pet shop some where put a video on youtube on how to care for goldfish and he put it in a 2 1/2 gallon fish bowl with no filter or air pump!!! io have a 55 gallopn with 9 fancy godfish and the one you have qwith an aqua clear 70 and a topfin 60=))))))))))))))))
If u wood you wouldn´t have bought the fish. Nobody would buy a horse if he would not have the space for it. But you don´t seem to care if youre goldfish are happy or nor.
Erm regular water changes, enough space and soaking the food before feeding them. But to be honest I think it just depends if the fish is healthy to start of with, as my mate has got a ten yr old goldfish as well that's lived in a bowl with no air flow for ten years. (which I think is extreamly cruel) so that's why I think it just depends if the fish is generally healthy.

Grats man! I heard from my pet shop that gold fish last one 5-7 years max. You must have taken a lot of care for your fish.

You need at least 40 ltrs per fish, more if possible.
They produce so much waste and also you need to do a partial water change every other day, say even 20 ltrs its better than nothing.
I have 4 goldfish in 180 ltr tank, i do partial water change EVERY day.
I also have 1 goldfish in a 55 ltr tank, female, i moved her because she had some problems and she ok now, i change her water (partial) EVERY day.
