This is either a collection from a customer, with the customers themselves passing out the packages and loading them into the van or a poor mock up. Looking at the number plate on that vehicle this is in the UK and none of the DHL depots in the UK have a loading area like that, they all have loading bays which the vans back up to. If they were DHL loaders they would also be wearing uniforms and hi-viz jackets/vests.

When I can, I try have it shipped through the post office. it takes longer but it isnt damaged and they don't ever tell me they lost the paper work

Either way, if you think your packages through any parcel service are handled with care, you are wrong. I work for a major one and I can say that no matter what you write on the package, its gonna get thrown around a bit if not more. It's just impossible to treat such a large volume with the utmost care and be efficient.
