Yep that was actually the most clouds that whole trip the middle of NY get clouds wheal the rest is clear some times...think it has to do with the mountains in the region

i wish id love to be flying that it goes much faster. its a PA28R-200 or better known as a piper arrow
since ive taken that video i have flown one and it was a good solid airplane to fly
Nice VFR over the top. See you are crusing at 8500,... did you find a place to get through the clouds on your decent?

the video did a poor job of showing it but the clouds were actully scattered i had close to 4 miles between clouds
