There isn't a slow motion mode. Only have burst mode. This function lets the camcorder snap up to 50 consecutive still images*2 in a second, or up to 180 consecutive shots in 3.6 seconds. However, you can always edit your video to slow motion using your video editing program.
If you want to hear the quality of the audio of this camera, you can watch my other HD videos in this site. All my HD videos including the indoors ones are taken with tm300 even if I did not tag it as such.
I'm interested in buying one of these cameras but the sky color always looks off to me. I've yet to see a vibrant blue sky. The sky always seems turquoise.
In auto mode, the auto white balance for panasonic cameras tends to be cooler in color or more bluish as you observed. Canon tends to be more warm or reddish. I have also read this in some video camera review site. But not to worry, you can use the Manual White Balance and the color will be what you want. MWB is just as easy to use as Auto. OR when you do editing, you can adjust color balance and increase the RED highlights.
All the HD videos in this site after "tm300 night test" are shot by tm300. So there are many shots of indoor in church, n youth ministry. "Mini Youth Camp June 09" is a good one with outdoor night shot, very dark as up on the roof top, and indoor shots.
I am not sure about minimum specs. I am using an Acer Quad Core Desktop model M5621, 2.4Ghz.. So far no problem in viewing or editing. I use Vegas Pro 9 or Cyberlink Powerdirector 7 to edit. I like Vegas better. I think u should at least use Quad Core PC.
can u upload some slow motion vid captured by tm300?
