ITS ALL GOOD, HOW COULD IT NOT BE,, WHO COULD NOT LOVE WAYON ? YOU KNOW MY YOU TUBE IS SCREWED !! LOVE BOTH HOW CAN YOU NOT?

  • wow how have I not heard this sone of Steve's by Waylon

    Love Love him,

knew about her writting a song for him, but---well thanks for this

  • Great song

  • Waylon is so Picturescue! I sure miss this guy! he really put it down! Solid performer and my all time favorite! Free Bird!

  • great

  • Waylon was a fan of Stevie Nicks..In fact he went to Stevie and asked her to write a song for him about his relationship to Jessie..When Stevie finished the song Waylon and Jessie had broke up, so Stevie kept the song for herself. that song is called Leather and Lace

  • @sara31tx That's interesting...yes...Stevie Nicks wrote the song at Waylon's request...but just so you know~~~Waylon and Jessi were married for 33 years at the time of his death~~~had a beautiful marriage; never broke up~~~Blessings~~~

  • @RevLFD In 1981, Colter and her husband returned to release a duet album entitled, Leather and Lace. Stevie Nicks wrote the title track of the album, however after receiving word that Colter and Jennings might divorce, released her own version of the song as a duet with Don Henley.

  • This sounds like it was pulled directly off an LP. I can hear telltale pops and ticks occasionally.

  • pretty decent version. although, FM version is forever burned inside out minds ... KUDOS to mr jennings !

  • MINUNAT!!!!!!

  • whose the original singer for this song fleetwood mac or waylon jennings

  • In response to lilshayla: Rhiannon was originally performed by Fleetwood Mac. It was written by Stevie Nicks and first included on the album titled Fleetwood Mac, released in 1975.

  • @lilshayla It's classed as originally being a Fleetwood Mac song because they gave it the first recording and release, though Stevie Nicks actually wrote it in 1974 when she and Lindsey Buckingham were still performing as the duo Buckingham Nicks. It was too late for their album, but they did perform it live several times, but in a rather faster 'polka' style!

  • Thanks for this - one of Waylon's hardest to find songs from the 80s.

  • Thanks for the post. Never knew he sang Rhiannon.

  • i'm not sure, i got the song when I downloaded his entire music collection. Great song though!

  • @pimpycraig Where did you download his entire music collection? I would like to do that...some of my cd's are getting scratched. How much was it?

  • Great Recording. Where is it from?

    Awesome guy singing great song!

  • apparently it is from his "Turn the Page" album
