Wow, se costui ha ottenuto anche solo un vasetto non contamiato c'ha un culo della madonna. Già solo il metodo con cui ha fatto la siringa di spore lascia a desiderare. La sterilizzazione è la fase più critica, meglio la pentola a pressione. Raffreddare l'ago prima di inoculare.

Se volete sperimentare invece di buttare i soldi in siringhe o impronte di spore che poi contaminate andate in montagna a cercare semilanceata e provate a fare siringhe con quelli. Acqua distillata ovviamente.

it has to be brf I guess not even brown rice ground I not sure what is the different but it seems that is the only option well I got if from Sainsbury supermarket its a chain supermarket in UK but I am sure u will be fine anyway in the world with that :) just look for it in huge supermarkets not every where has it :( good luck

you can get spores at any major Head Shop, in any major city. The spores are legal to buy and sell. Once you mix it all together, in clean jars, it becomes illegal. If you have all the stuff together in one place, that could show intent to manufactor controled substance. Depends if you are in the North, or the South.

The video was ok to teach the basic procedure, but it was done wrong. He was touching the spores on the print with his fingers and wasnt sterile except for the heating of the needle. I would almost bet money that he got a contam from that syringe.

what is the point in buying spore prints? they are way more expensive then the syringe and if you get the needle you can grow shrooms and make your own print...so i don't understand why its worth the extra money...do you?

Depends on how you look at it, I guess. Some people buy ten syringes at a time; with a print, you can make dozens of syringes. I guess some people look at it more as an insurance policy, since if somehow all the cakes (or spawn) you can produce from one syringe go south, you have backups. The odds of that happening are pretty slim though, unless someone is just especially bad at it.
