How do you waste water.??..You pay for that drip,!!,,,,it drips,,, goes into the sewer, to the treatment plant and then to the nearest river. Filters down to the Aquafier and gets pumped up to the Drip again. If you Boil water it will disappear, in the FORM of Steam, then Condenses, in the air and comes back down as RAIN.

Maybe a visually impaired person works there at night! Safety, maybe there aren't any or few ir-cameras inside, so they need light. You'll never know, people should focus on more important things, like you say and stop judging.
