The city should be more longsighted and realize it would be better to help this business relocate nearby and keep going. Looks like they're still valid. My family got a pittance for their valuable farmland they'd had since the early 1800s. I think were the city to give him 300 grand and help him relocate right in the same city they'd be repaid okay. It's not as though he's asking for a million or anything. Looks like several people will lose jobs and the area a service of value.

The govt condemned our land 100 years ago & generations of my family lost farming & went to city life & poverty. We went into elec motor repair around WWII & that failed last year. Wright-Patterson AFB is built on some of our old land -- my late great aunt was born in a house which once stood there. The rest was taken for "flood control." It hasn't flooded since. Very sad clip. Uprated.
