Was the building on fire when you played that. . because that was fast! Kidding, I'm just amazed at how fast your fingers were moving--they were a blur. But it still sounded very clear and in controlled. Awesome.
I think the tempo of an invention isn't that important... it's just important how clear you play and how you seperate the different part in these two-part inventions. --> And I think that this was a great performance!
Anf thats what I mean!, It is rushed and its not clear, for example, on the second system in the music, then both hands play in sixths (15 seconds in the video) that sounds just wrong, its like there are demi-semi-quavers rushing trought, and it sounds like she adds her own notes in between them, dont believe me? check my version of the piece, it is played slower, but you will see what I mean
Well, I think it's not so "clear" because of the recording quality. And by the way I didn't hear any wrong notes at all... and the most important fact:
SHE PLAYS IN PUBLIC!
If I was you, I would upload the whole raindrop prelude by Chopin and interpret it with the true passion which is necessary for such a piece before I get so hypercritical.
Well, I didnt mean wrong nots by saying its wrong, and second of all, I dont think I am the best in my field, but I also play in public at the university (thats the idea of the lecture, to break your nerves and get use to playing in public), Im not being picky or envious, just simply telling my opinion.
okay,okay- I know presto means Fast, but that was just Prestisisimo....playd at the lightning speed, didnt like it at all ;/, no life, no grace, no feeling in it, its like a robot just played it, Horrible! (sorry for honesty)
what are you talking about????? That was DEFINATELY NOT "prestisisimo"! I tempo was very appropriate and at no time did it feel rushed or out of control!

This would be excellent for a piano player. Imagine for a non piano player.
