I grew up in Kensington and it sucked but now I enjoy my days on some of the most beautiful beaches Florida has to offer. You haven't celebrated thanksgiving or Christmas until you celebrate it at a cookout on a beach with the whitest sand and bluest ocean to be seen. Never live in the past with regret but rather keep hope alive for a better future. :-)

I think it's a safe bet to say that everyone from that hood had a few friends or family members overdosed, shot or beat to death from an angry mob with the only intent to take and destroy. The scars on my body are a constant reminder that those who rep kensington know what it means when the phase "there will be blood" is said..
