I know that essentially all animals can learn to be benign and friendly if treated with the right love and care... but still - the kind of bravery it takes to work around animals that can basically kill you without trying is impressive. Can't say I'd be against it... but I don't think I'd ever be completely comfortable. Whew.

The animal shown in this video clip lives in a country that is VERY civilised, and he was not born in the wild. He could not survive in the wild and is treated and cared for very well by people who have more of an understanding of his kind than you could ever imagine.

Then when they grow up to adult-size they can keep them in their 20x20' concrete floor covered in their own excrements for the next 15 (if that long) years of their life, eating cat-food kibbles and never seeing outside ever again.

Encouraging private ownership or 'pet-the-tiger' type gimmicks encourages the abuse and misstreatment of these animals. They aren't even worth preserving genetically because of multiple birth defects and can never be released in the wild.

If you are making an assumption about the animals involved in this video, you are very wrong. The numerous circuses and "attractions" around the world that do sadly abuse and exploit these wonderful creatures are worthy of your criticism and I fully agree with you but, that is not the case here.

Firstly, thank you for watching the video. To reply to your comment I would like to point out that none of the animals you will see in our videos are taken from the wild. All were born in captivity and would not survive in the wild. In a perfect world there would be many thousands of wild tigers roaming freely but a liitle creature called man has ruined that due to his greed. These tigers are given a good quality of life and are loved and cared for by good people.
