the Skorpion has no recoil when firing from the hip ( zero not as a guess but as a fact 0.000) but the gun does has the longest kill time of any machine pistol at 0.210 add rapid fire when possible.

P.S the u.s.p 45 akimbo has a faster initial melle speed but slower with-draw time when compared to the tactical knife.

the L118A has the slowest draw time of any sniper rifle at 1.25; the 50cal and the MSR have the fastest at 1.00 (with out quick draw) quick draw cuts draw time in half.
