I met Josh Rouse in Nashville Tenn the summer of 96. He was working and Jammin with my budds Richie and Don. he and I both loved 70's tunes ( America, Simon and Garfunkel, Bread, etc...) When my bud Rich told me Josh had an album out in 2000, I couldnt believe it. I went to see Josh in 04, and to congratulate him on his success. Unfortunately, he ISNT a household name like JJ or Mayer. But, he should be. If you can, check out his album "Home". has some unbelievable songs on there. Laughter is #1
I used to listen to this song at night in Oklahoma on a Greyhound, going cross country to see the love of my young life. It hits a sharp pain in my heart, but not as much as Katy Perry or any of the shit she listened to.
