It's lawful carry or you carry it "unlawfully." Not really anything can stop people who want to use firearms unlawfully from doing so. If I were looking to accost someone in one form or another, I suppose I'd sooner accost someone who wasn't openly carrying a firearm. Less chance of getting dead, which is sort of the point of living....

I wanted to open carry when i went to Nevada But i was on the strip which has too many tourists. But if i was off the strip I would have open carried.
