Umm you just train them normally and when you train all of the ones on the left it switchs over to the right its like going down a list. but to even use the ones on the right you need a dragonamulet(aka memship)

i have fully trained up paladin, deathknight, necromancer, pirate, ninja and dragonlord.

and some kool swords/axes like doom axe and destiny axe.

I believe ranger is the best class i have all three armors maxed but ranger has the most attack abilites and it does more damage but It depends what you want /attack/defence/ect

But of the three basic classes, warrior is most balanced.
