  • Is there no one that Joe has not played with? This is awesome.

I was suppose to go to this show and missed it. Damn!

  • This is GREAT :o)

  • Hah. This is so awesome. Two of my idols, (both not being too famous) sitting together.

  • It's weird seeing Doug without his bass.

  • how the fuck could you dislike this?!

  • King's X, forever.

  • Hearing the first drum beats I knew. Freeeeeeeee. A big surprise for me!

  • @lukemanify Agreed! I was really psyched to check out this vid because I love DuG AND Joe, but I couldn't believe it didn't even say what SONG! Paul Rodgers forever! :D

  • When I hear a strong player like Joe busting out some blues it always makes me realize what an absolute monster SRV was.

  • Boozie65 is absolutely right! I saw Doug once outside a show in Pittsburgh at the metropol and he stopped and talked to me for a couple moments, just one on one conversation with me like he knew me.What a great guy a real top notch musician and great human being!

  • @GregDrayGregDray Yeah, Doug is cool like that!!!! Ihung w/ him at NAMM, he seem as excited to meet me as I was to meet him!!!!

  • I think this has a deeper meaning to this song

  • Brilliant.

  • That's my cousin... <3 Luv u doug!

  • WOWOWOWOW! Doug - Joe - Bogie - and Carmine! AWESOME SOUND! BAd Kitty

  • if Hendrix could sing he would have sounded like this .now dont get pissy Hendrix might have been the player of the century but he was no singer.

  • One of my top 2 favorite singers covering the other one. Awesome is right!

  • Doug is pretty amazing. I was privileged to watch him practice with the Sonnier Brothers Band a few years back - very cool.

  • awesome!!!!

  • Doug has always had this voice that makes me think he should have been born 25 years earlier so he could jam with Hendrix. :)

  • @KirneH004 Actually he is almost old enough to have jammed with Hendrix. He is only 8 years younger than Hendrix would have been.

  • hey guys, thanks so much for your support. Please go to the Official Joe Bonamassa YouTube Channel and subscribe!

  • Doug has more talent than can be imagined. The guy is free to sing. Love you Doug.

  • Killer version of the FREE classic! The band Mr. Big also covered this tune.

  • Why have I never heard of this guy?? He is underrated

  • seen king's x 3 times. they are awesome. doug pinnick is the real deal

  • HUGE voice - but wierd to see Doug without a bass at knee-height. And Ty would have done a much more interesting solo - sorry, Bonamassa fans...

  • What a voice Pinnick had on this video. He displays a lot of power with the right amout of softness. Plus with Mr Bonamassa on the six string, what more could you want? Brilliant

  • DUG ROCKS!!! He's the nicest coolest dood you will ever meet!! He takes the time to meet you as well....he's a genuine classic!!!

  • Awesome performance. Doug is a world class guy.

  • agreed on the Paul Rodgers

  • he must be one bad mf. cause there's no outsoul singing pinnick. least not that i know of in the rock world. but i guess thats just me.

  • Good - but Free is still the best. Paul Rodgers is the best soul rock singer regardless of skin colour in the world.

  • glenn hughes is in there too

  • this is hot.

Kings X rocks check them out.

Joe is one of my favorite players. what a combo. Imagine if Ty Tabor (Kings x) was on stage trading licks as well!

  • Great version of Mr Big (Free)!

  • WOW! What a great performance!

  • Bonamassa and Pinnick what a combo!!

    like Bruce Franklin and Pinnick!

  • Thanks for sharing great music!

  • what a great vocal!!! almost sounds jimi hendrix-ish. Love the whole video!

  • Im a huge fan of Jimi Hendrix, but this was wayyyyy better a vocal than Jimi Hendrix. This sounded like some great soul singer from the 60s.

  • @loreleilee1123 Kings x covert hendrix and seriously i could not tell, by just hearing that it wasent hendrix.

  • @loreleilee1123 amazing vocal! a little Sly Stone in there too...mercy

  • Indeed the best voice in rock today...Doug Pinnick.

  • ...wow....suuuuuuper!!!!

  • o fuckin hell how good would it have been to see joe and ty tabor trading licks .i might have passed out .still this is good enough.

  • totally agree!

  • man this guys rock

  • adds incredible vocals to an amazing set of musicians (still LOVE joe bonamassa's voice though)

  • he should be their frontman full-time!

  • Not a bad, but its a fruitless endeavour trying to top the original. Check out Free

Mr Big @ Manchester 1970 and be prepared to have your face blown off

  • The best thing about this video is that it's live. Doug and JB did not rehearse this before the show.

  • Ou Yeah!!!!

  • Dug has the best voice in rock today. I have seen King's X 18 times live and Poundhound once. They are all amazing!

  • Good...but check out Paul Rodgers singing the original of the species with Free and hear what a voice is!!!

  • doug=monster!

  • Man Doug Pinnick is a friggin genius of song.

  • My nephew has the same last name as him and there are related

  • wow, his voice is amazing !....great rustic blues feel....

  • it's very impossible to beleive though so go ahead and give me thumbs down

  • awesome VOICE! DAMN!

  • the honest voice in rockbusiness... thank you dug for every breath and song...

  • Great voice - somehow not the same without a bass slung around his knees.

  • Mr Big was written by Rodgers,Fraser and Kossoff ,a Free original.

  • Government Mule does a great version also.

  • treat or treat

  • What is the name of the song?

  • Mr. Big
